2. Data collected and purpose

The forms may collect your name, email address, telephone number, information about the vehicle and project and, for Classic requests, optional photographs of the vehicle.

This information is used to reply to your enquiry, review the request, prepare a quotation or diagnosis and follow up on the requested project. It is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Legal basis, transmission and retention

Processing is based on the consent provided in the form and on the pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. Requests are transmitted through FormSubmit to the PP Group email address.

According to FormSubmit documentation, submissions may be retained by that service for 30 days; uploaded files are not available through its archive. PP Group retains correspondence only for as long as necessary to respond, manage the requested relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and withdraw consent, by contacting [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese National Data Protection Commission.

5. Cookies and external links

The website does not integrate its own advertising or profiling tools. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and other external services are governed by those services' own policies.
